John Sugden

John Sugden is a Sr. Director in Standard & Poor's U.S. Public Finance Department, working out of S&P's New York office. John joined S&P in 2002, covering state and local credits along the east coast. After many years working as an analyst on local credits, John joined the U.S. States Group in November 2010.
