John Frey

John Frey joined the PFM Group in 1998 in the firm's Harrisburg office. His financial advisory work for the firm has involved structuring both tax-exempt and taxable fixed rate bond issues, completing variable rate financings, reviewing of interest rate swaps, conducting the competitive and negotiated bond sale process, structuring new money issues, and performing refunding analyses and debt restructurings.
