Louis Choi

Mr. Choi joined PRAG in January 2005. Prior to joining PRAG, Mr. Choi was an investment banker in the public finance departments of two national investment banking firms. During his tenure at those firms, he structured over $4 billion of transactions including both new money and refunding, tax-exempt and taxable, fixed and variable rate, traditional and synthetic structures.
