Terry is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of investment banking experience, completing more than $2.5 billion of bond issues. Prior to joining Stern Brothers & Co. in 1990, he was a senior investment banker at a national firm, specializing in all aspects of project finance, obtaining credit enhancement and structuring, processing and closing taxable and tax-exempt bond issues.
