Matthew Gray

Matt Gray is a Member in the Public Finance Group. He assists counties, municipalities, school districts and other local governments in complying with all necessary aspects of state law, federal tax law and federal securities law relating to public finance transactions. Prior to re-joining Sherman & Howard, Matt was a Deputy District Attorney for the 17th Judicial District of Colorado.
